I've not really needed to automate much in imageJ so far, so I'm pretty new to macros. The real goal is to write a macro that will eventually allow me to split channels, z project the channel of interest, then threshold and analyse the objects (analyse particles/measurements) to batch process all my files. Sometimes i get the error "multiple image file needed", but this happens randomly. Sometimes it sort of works, but saves the wrong channel. My problems start when I try to do batch processing. I can easily use record to generate a short macro to open the file and split the channels, then perform Z projection of the channel of interest, then save it. The last round of experiments used 490 spheroids, so I really want to automate as many of my imageJ processes as I can. ![]() Hello, i'm a researcher and a lot of my data is coming from z stacks of tissue spheroids. ![]()
